BREAKING: Sirika to fire Aviation Executives from the South

Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika has concluded plans to relieve all chief executives from Southern origin from their duty posts, Montage Africa reliably gathered.

Among those listed for replacements are DG, Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, NCAT, in Zaria, Samuel Caulcrick from Lagos; Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, NAMA DG, Emmanuel Anasi – Abia; DG of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency,  NIMET, Anthony Anuforom – Imo; Nigerian Accident Investigation Bureau, AIB, Commissioner, Felix Abali – Bayelsa.

DG NiMet has eight months to go on tenure; Acting MD NAMA is retiring as civil servant and to go back as a Director to retirement; Rector NCAT and Commissioner of AIB have only served 2 years and 10 months into their tenure. Their firm immutable stand on issues are not well tolerated it seems.
